The sooner drivers find out they are only cut out for hand holding mega carriers, the better these medium to small fleets become.

 

I wasn't there for the conversation and you didn't go into a lot of detail. But is it possible they don't want to spoon feed you all of the answers to your questions, when you could simply look them up in this "book"? Did you read the "book"?
I know nothing about May trucking and wish you the best in the future!

 

When I was a kid my parents were, "Look up the answer in the dictionary" parents. It taught me to rely on what resources I had at hand and ultimately self reliance. I hope you have the "book".

I wouldn't get all worked up over some smart ### dm's. You can get some good experience there..get your year in and move on to something better.

 

You have to be like Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder with some of these folks. They wouldn't act that way if they thought they'd be held accountable.. Get one on one when you get to the terminal.. let them see who they're talking to..

 

If I remember correctly, all communication is done through the Qualcomm or whatever setup they have. Mega carriers do not like to answer the phone. Send your macro, t check, or freeform message on the tablet, device.
