MBE 4000 excessive turbo whistle

    I have an 09 MBE 4000 that all of a sudden started to make a crazy loud whistle coming from the turbo area. It is still making 30# of boost but the power seems to be limited and the noise is loud. It only has 36,000 miles on it. Please help.
