    I served with several of those guys that were drafted into the Navy.
    I have, and still have, only the highest respect for them. They did everything at 100% and never slacked off.
    Their service records were coded with a thin pink paper inside. That's the only indicator. The pink paper was coded and showed they were draftees.
    I never met one or worked with one that I didn't respect.

    Moron was actually a valid medical term at the time, used by clinicians to denote mild intellectual disability. Imbecile and Idiot were also used to describe various levels of intellectual disability.
