I spent time out of my day to come on here, and report findings.

I ain’t replacing my POS Qualcomm unit any time if I can help it. I don’t want a tablet and some other device and another subscription or any other horse hockey for now.

My unit has had antenna issues - and I stumbled on this. $60 for 2 complete units. Spare parts.

I’ll keep my old junk running and I’ll help others do the same.

I can wait for the junk to reboot itself because I never burn a 14/11/70 clock anyhow.

Time ain’t money. Knowledge is money. If you have to squeeze every second out of your day to make money . . . Find another occupation.

Go find some other helpful thread to bash to make yourself feel better, and quit becoming the reason I help folks less and less as the years go by.

 

LS hits me with a “Air Time” charge of $37/month if I recall correctly.

The $3,000 installed price tab was 2015 - but I think it included the panic button and remotes for ammo and arms teams. Mine has all that ‘stuff’.
