I'm currently employed through MVT and loving it, I get more than enough miles running team. I've been here 8 months and no complaints. They are a good outfit to work for. They have an owner who is very much in tune with the drivers. Dispatch is a good crew that stays on top of most everything. As a team we average 5900-6400 miles a week. Yes the trucks are an eye full, it looks like a skittle paint job. Yes we have wheel covers, trailer tails, air deflectors between the tractor drives, but we average 9.6 MPG. Some drivers have hit 10+ MPG. And yes you get a nice bonus if you keep up that MPG. Honestly I have nothing to complain about, great company to work for. I have no problem bringing in a good paycheck and I get home when I want, no questions asked. I'd highly recommend them. If your worried about wheel covers and the paint job, then I don't know what to tell ya... I'm all about that money. I could care less about my wheels and chrome. I ain't got time to sit and polish it anyways... I've got too many miles to run. Hint, Hint.

to each is own all i know is it has worked for me. i make a good check, my truck is just plain sexy IMHO, i get treated like an O/O everywhere i go even though i am not my company treats me as such and probally the best part.....my truck can actually do the SPEED LIMIT anywhere i go!! so i must be doing something right

 

So what you're saying is that you wouldn't have any of those things if the truck was ugly?
