Currently we are asa rapidly growing company with 8 trucks
Majority is dedicated to Cargill, but I am looking for a regional driver to back up my dedicated guys.i have one spot open because of a failed application

We need min two years verifiable clean otr driving history .
I also need a clean criminal background .

We have zero turnover since we started almost 2.5 years ago and only hire with growth because when I say we care I promise that is not lip service.

We pay 25% of all revenue the truck produces with a floor of 55cpm

200 for billed layover to Cargill
50 for Xtra stops
1000 min pay for orientation week
15 and 16 cascadias with apu and fridge
One week paid vacation after one year
Per diem plan
Weekly direct deposit

Hometime will depend on location but we aim for a week to 10 days out . The closer you are to Joplin mo the more frequent your home time potential .
