In a news conference Tuesday evening, Juan Sabines, the Mexican consul in Orlando, said the victims were all from Mexico and were in the United States on temporary agricultural worker visas.

If the driver of the pickup truck survives, he'll never get out of prison. Florida is strict on impaired drivers. One impaired drivers got 15 years for killing one person. The driver is a multi-millionaire & part owner of some sports team. The money didn't help him; 15 years in prison.

Update: trucking company involved in the crash has a clean record-no complaints or issues. The pickup truck driver however, is a different story. Multiple suspensions/revocations-the most recent incident he was involved in was three days prior to the accident.
Judge denied him bond!
