In the past I only ever remember seeing the International Day Cab Conventional's pulling Murray's Auto Parts trailers. That was a dedicated distribution account JB Hunt had in my area. But Murray's Auto Parts bought out by O Riley Auto Parts who has there own private fleet and that was the end of the Murray's Auto Parts contract.

    Ruthless Thanks this.

That's the one thing about Werner while Schneider and JB Hunt were big buyers of International Werner wasn't so much. Yes Werner had some Internationals in later years, but Werner's fleet was much more flashy lots of Kenworth 900s and Freightliner Classics.

I agree, Werner use to be one of my favorite fleets to look at, now they've gone the cheap boring route with their equipment like every other company out there.

Back in the 80's they had 359 Peterbilts conventionals with dual exaust and air ride! Back then it was very unusual for a big fleet to run that kind of equipment. They donated this one to the Smithsonian museum.

Speaking of Werner, here's another book club idea for you.

Agreed Werner used to be the flashiest now there bland and plastic and boring and ugly. That's what happens when Bean Counters take over.

I would certainly say that's a JB Hunt unit. It sure looks like one. That's there color no doubt.
