If it was right of the very back of the trailer no he wouldn't see a thing although you'd think passing motorists would've given him some kind of clue huh? I actually saw on video on "worlds craziest drivers" some trucker in England who collected a car on the front of his truck and was pushing it along the freeway and still claimed he didn't see it.

I guess you could try San Bernardino Sheriff's Office? Don't know if they will have any information on this. But it is well outside the SBPD jurisdiction.

Actually, just for ####s and giggles, I wonder about the driver of the four wheeler. They just talked about the trucker. Although, they did mention no criminal activity, and no charges. I wonder if they did any testing on him, or if they just were looking to hang the trucker...

Back on topic, I would put the liability 80% 4-wheeler and 20% trucker. That's just me. I was on the 50/50 initially, but.... so much has been said about those twin ag-haulers..... that I know nothing about... could be an issue.

Won't the DOT auto-check the trucker? Or his company? Somebody seemed a little "California-cated!"

Sorry, @lovesthedrive ,,,Willy!! You got me on that word, LoL.

Big Don and lovesthedrive Thank this.
