At least it's not one sided. If they miss putting your can on a train that was delivered on time they will give a credit....

So if a truck arrives on time, and they aren't loaded/unloaded in 30 minutes or less, the trucking company should fine UPRR. If the railroad thinks it's OK to fine trucks for delays, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Delays at the rail terminal affect the efficiency of the trucking operations.

Havimg dealt with railroads this doesnt surprise me... If you have a railcar delivered to your faculty and dont release it back to the railroad on time they charge you demarage.... BUT, if you NEED railcar delivered to you on a very specific date and the railraod fails to get it to you on time your S### out of luck. The railroads run on thier own schedule and no one else's. Period!
