You may find a truck in a farmers field ('73 Cab-over, rust bucket, 8 million miles, 10 flat tires, infested with mice/spiders/cob webs) but, road ready? Don't think so. This is a joke anyway, right?
$5000?? I'm thinking it might say "Ford F-150" on the side of it.
You may want to talk to MM about that 5k truck
I think you might just find something for that price. Look online at some auction results, there are deals to be had out there if you take your time.
What auctions are good?
Here is a cheap road ready 94 Volvo.
I have one for $5000.00
and then payments of $900.00 for 36 months
commercialtrucktrader will def have trucks for that kind of money and in your state or area too. I found a 2000 sterling sleeper with 600k on her for like 10 grand.

If you cant justify spending more than $5000 on a truck to go over the road than you CAN'T justify needing a truck at all.
