Moderators Suck !?!

I figured you would click in to read this after you saw the title, dear reader! So let me explain why I worded this missive in such a way...



First off, I KNOW my Moderators are NOT perfect and make mistakes. BUT, they work their butts off for YOU and to keep this board clean and clear of garbage and they deserve respect and I DEMAND it for them. Simple.

IF you call my Moderators names, insult them, badger them, or the like, I will ban you personally. I am fed up with garbage and will put up with garbage and bickering no more.

YOU do NOT have a right to be here, this IS America, but this is a privately-run forum and I reserve the right to relieve anyone of their posting abilities IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of hostile action against one of my Moderators/Admin.

I have resolved, this very day, to give my time (and this board's time) only to good people, caring people, people who care enough to make a difference in the live's of others, people who TRY... basically the decent among us. I REFUSE to waste my time, or this board's time, dealing with idiotic bickering, etc., that take away my (our) time from people who need it and the members who deserve a pat on the back for countless hours helping others out and acting decent.

Thanks, Admin/Moderators for the time you give and the garbage you intake every day on behalf of this board and mean members. Thanks to you Members who take the time out of your day to help others and even have some fun in here...those of you who act decent and human-like.

I ask our Moderators to do certain things...they do it and they get cussed and argued with over the most menial, idiotic, superficial, worthless time-wasting crap that you can possibly imagine. It STOPS today.

We are the ELITE of the trucking industry and the knowledge we can provide to others is significant. We simply cannot do this if we are bickering over whether you followed the rules 100%, or whether you feel your link, that was removed, was worthy, etc.

The owner of this site (ME) is a driver for over 12 years and has suffered countless hours, in the field, with you! So, I am not some dummy who started up a site to make money off the back's of drivers by recruiting, etc. I've walked the walk, and talked the talk. I am here to keep this site running properly and to help others. I am NOT here to powder bottoms.

So, in closing, you follow the rules, act decent, use common-sense in here, behave like a human being, don't cuss/argue with my Moderators/Admin, add something to the discussion, HELP your fellow man/woman and you are welcomed here with open arms. I love you ALL, my brothers and sisters in trucking, but the time has come to separate the wheat from the chaff...

We are the few, we are the unbelievably humble, we ARE The Truckers' Report...don't like us? LEAVE. I will watch and protect my "God-like" Moderators/Admin...they get NO pay (neither do I) for eating CRAP from members and they will NOT eat it, I will not let them.

So, ye who are determined to try and skirt the rules, be on the lookout as I will come like a thief in the night to remove you from where you portend NOT to want to be in the first place (yes, here). If you add a smart-aleck comment to this post, you will be removed.
