Looked like the liquid under truck trailer was diesel (ruptured reefer unit tank)
Liquid behind truck near end of video was the hazmat cleanup chemicals
More shenanigans

Just passed through Quanah. The snippet of Crete running was through town northbound. The haz mat truck was turning left out of Loves and I think he was exiting the correct way….straight off the fuel island. That Crete pushed him past the store and they came to rest at the entrance. The skid marks start right past the exit….that Crete was hauling the mail! Surprised he lived. He’s lucky it was a truck, a smaller vehicle wouldn’t have fared as well.
And yea appears he might have pulled out in front of the Crete but cmon man it’s 40 mph through there for a reason. That’s an oddly placed Loves, traffic from your left is coming down from 75 mph into a 45 which begins before the Loves, around a slight curve and 287 is very busy at times.
But Crete knows all, these new trucks tell the companies all they need to know in real time. Brakes applied here, hard impact here….Bud A., drvrtech77 and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this. -
Maybe Crete had 30 seconds left on his 11 and was rushing to get into the Loves parking lot?
Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this. -
