Dammmmm it's hot in the southwest !
Had a pick Coachella ca yesterday and was 110 .
Just finaled in Yuma az and 108 here .
Off to Chicago from here .
Good test for carrier tho and the low 100s are about the limit for it with all the window coverings closed until the sun drops back in the evening .
Had to do some idling today while loading .
Truck hasn't had a hiccup since the Kansas vacation and weekly fuel mileage hanging in the 6.8 range ( ecm) paper mileage 6.6 .

The tables have turned again on our med supplies customer out of Columbus Nebraska....things are moving west now .
I make more money on this end but the old school in me misses the northeast.
    It will flip again .
Took a few days off last week and got mostly moved into my new apartment which I love !
Minus the furniture which will be delivered on the 28th and a yet to be determined amount of time off .
Probably when I get bored .

The house is watching and has a long memory:
Called my dispatcher this morn for info on a place I haven't been to in about 10 years .
Turns out Morehouse keeps info and load/unload times at every place we go .
Last time they were here was 2 years ago and the load time was 2 hours....they even had the guys name and truck number .

That’s nifty information to have, myself just got a lesson in perspective. 2 years of driving short hood 379 then switched to a extended 379 for 4 months, easy transition then switched to a 579 once again easy transition 4 months go by clutch goes out on 579 , boss says hop back into the 379 ok grab enough stuff for a couple of days sit down in the seat OMG somebody moved the hoodbird about 3 feet forward of where I remember.
