Safety director came down today and drove me and my truck back to Omaha.
Dmv 1st stop tmw then an eye exam at noon.

 

Also found out today that dispatch raised hell with management to get me back to Omaha to get this straightened out .
That was nice to hear .

 

I'll also add that a 4 hour ride with a safety director that you get along with provides great insight into what's going on within the company and who's on the poop list... a few of which surprised me...I'm sworn to an oath of silence of course.

 

I was just informed by dmv I have to do every test over starting with my car license.
I now understand why some people go postal .

Update :
Went back to the dmv today resigned to the fact I had 0 drivers license and start the retesting process.
This time I got waited on by a sweetheart who took the time to look into my situation and make a phone call to Lincoln and determined I didnt need to retest on anything but just needed to get the clinic that jacked up my long form correct it and fax it to Lincoln.
15.50 later I walked out with my cdl reinstated.
She also said the guy that waited on me yesterday is a lazy pos .
