MOUNTAIN MOVERS- FALSE FREIGHT GUARD- UNPAID LOAD

Mountain Movers located in Flower Mound, TX reported a false freight guard on my MC along with a false insurance claim. Warehouse loaded the wrong route on truck. Reached out to their dispatch Katie via text to inform them of their error. About 1 hour later receive an email from Mountain Movers with the correct BOL's that included 6 stops to being delivering on Friday. There were incorrect addresses on the BOL's which the receiver did noted this on the BOL. All freight was delivered and communicated with the receivers and Mountain Mountains. A team member from the company called stating she would cancel the insurance claim and apologized but never did so. Mountain movers did not pay my driver anything for delivering all loads undamaged.
