    Compass Moving is currently looking for a OTR Professional Van Operator / Relocation Specialist to join our growing team.



    This is NOT just a CDL driving position. We are looking for someone who understands the moving and relocation industry and can professionally lead a crew and represent the company with excellence.



    Requirements:

    • CDL Driver preferred

    • Experience in moving / relocation industry

    • Strong customer service skills

    • Professional appearance and communication

    • Ability to manage and lead crews

    • Experience with inventory, paperwork, and move coordination

    • Responsible for driving to and from jobs nationwide

    • Organized, dependable, and leadership-oriented

    • Must know how to properly handle furniture and household goods
