Affirmative, and there's a lot more s#@t that's gonna happen with age. Best not worry about it, nothing you can do about it

I have embraced getting older and the prestige of having arrived #### near in one piece. I mean we got a few dings, some lights out. Getting hard to start especially when cold, definitely lots a slack in the driveline and our steering is wandering. An Earl Shieb paint job though would take us from clunker to a classic.

I gotta be honest though I’d have taken better care of myself if I had known I was going to make it this long.

I've heard people say that last sentence my whole life , it's making lots of sense now. My Dad died in 1999. Had he lived longer he'd be telling me "I told you so " now.
I used to jump outta them old cabovers and never use the steps,he'd say you're gonna have a bad back one day. Used to run straight pipes on trucks and motorcycles, he'd say you won't be able to hear one day . Wish I'd payed more attention to him.

The Saturday of Memorial day weekend about 10 years ago I took a load of conveyor chain to Perdue in Accomac VA. They were completely shut down until that stuff was put in, and they paid that contractor big bucks to install it over the next 2 days.

Oxbow, Cowpuncher575, Feedman and 2 others Thank this.

It is much cheaper to phone the local store; get a quote on 5000 caster wheels, then verify back. Yes, they are in stock in Portland TN.,..be assured they are on a pallet; shrink wrapped, and sitting inside door #?. Because he had dealt with Fed Ex Expedited which was then unloading in that warehouse complex to drift over and park at that door until it was opened and loaded.
This kept Krueger Intl here in Tupelo from shutting down a production line making chairs, tables, and stools for institutions. Each took 4 caster wheels.
Plant manager did us by phone. Casters and freight prolly took all the profit from those items; but, they saved a days factory production expenses.
