Hi all. I've just started driving a semi tipper for first time. Other tippers pretty much Dump trucks on mine sites. I have knocked a mud flap off 3 times now- obviously I'm not doing something right- lol
There is also the fact that where I've been sent to tip only goats should go - lol

So my first question is: what's the best time saving procedure to avoid this? I'm not keen to pull forward a bit with the tub all the way up..
Q2: I thought about adding some flexibility to attaching them w couple links of chain or rubber. Any suggestions please?

Ps: I am a girl, please don't hold that against me! Lol

Are you backing into a pile to dump? If so, that is the reason. The pile is pushing the mudflap in to the drives while they are still going backwards thus pulling down on the mudflap and removing it for you.
