My 4 Month Review of Schuster

No need to feel bad about it lol. Sometimes the pay isn’t worth the headache and stress — especially after being out on the road for 6+ weeks.

I hate trying to guess ETA’s and there’s always chance of chaos from them. I’ve had people swap and drop off a trailer with a blown brake chamber. I’ve had an overweight ticket cause someone shifted a load of honey and I trusted their scale ticket from when they picked it up. Had one fella get pissy a few weeks ago cause I had to relay their load since they miscalculated hours and couldn’t make their delivery — he was upset I didn’t get to the swapping point til 23:00 cause it took 4 hours to get his drop and hook delivery live loaded

 

There’s a decent amount of Bomgaar’s nearby if you’re anywhere close to US81, which would be a regional account, I believe. We also haul out of a salt plant in Lyons, KS frequently. And unfortunately, we have loads out of Liberal, KS that run through north central KS to Sioux City.

No clue about exact hiring area for each regional account though.

I know us OTR folks are up and down US81 all the time though, so you might be in the hiring area

 

Busy month this month. After my delivery in WA, picked up a load from Tyson in Wallula, WA going to Sherman, TX. Reloaded in Garland, TX and en route to Wooster, OH for a Monday delivery
