My Apology to you on Behalf Of TQL

I have been working with TQL now for the past few months (not going to say which office). I have personally witnessed all the shady stuff they do to truckers and the way they treat them. I cant see myself doing this type of job much longer. I have been sales for a while and can honestly say TQL brokers give sales people a VERY bad name. It's the culture and what is encouraged and expected out of the brokers that causes them to do the things they do.

But i will start with the "Load Cancelled" More than not the load really is cancelled because we get shopped around as well by the customer. If they find a broker that charges them less they will cancel on us and straight up tell us they covered their own load.

 

Not all but alot of customers dont "officially" give us the load until we told them we found a truck.
