I generally show 15-20 mins for drop and hooks with check in and finding new trailer. Show 15-20 mins for fueling and scaling. I'll always show a little time for every checking in

I dont get paid by the mile different pay structure... but my career best might just be this week. How about $1650 running local only, milk tanker?

I get $175 per day for two drop and hooks, my 2nd trailer I load goes to oatka milk plant. If I can get the load for myself I get $50 to deliver it to the plant. The plant is less then 10 miles from the yard. If I'm taking my own load I go straight from the farm to the plant. The load takes around 2 hours to complete if I dont have to wait behind other trucks. If i have to wait detention kicks in after 2 hours, $15 per hr. My farm route consists of 2 farms on my 1st load, 3 farms on my 2nd load. This takes 6-8 hrs typically and pays $175, plant delivery for me is additional pay. My farm route is around 100 miles per day with the rest of the time spent loading. Pump loads 900 lbs per minute and if I'm loading 43k like my first stop that does take awhile. I also measure, take samples, fill out milk ticket (you guys would know this as the b.o.l. and hook up hose)

    This week
    7 days worked $1225
6 loads to the plant $300
7.5 hours payable detention (so far) @ $15 hourly. $112.

Total so far $1637. It might be slightly more from waiting today and tomorrow

I'm on my 5th load right now as I type this. I have one to do tomorrow.

    Coffey Thanks this.

The heaviest thing I handle is the milk hose, it weights almost nothing. I do have to climb up on tankers and farm tanks in the milk house

    Coffey Thanks this.
