My egr disconnect !

    Ok so I disconnected the egr,,, mileage before,,,, 5mpg and5.1 mpg that's fill to fill,,,,, since disconnect 5.4 and 5.5 thats 1/2 mpg improvement better than nothing but still dissapointing:biggrin_25510:

    WhAt kind off truck and what engine are you running some engines like volvo d12 it doesnt do any good to disconnect the egr

    386 pete ,475 isx,,,, Oh and I noticed no diff in power either like some say! Thinking I may have a weak turbo....

    That is very possible check youre air to air as well make sure no major leaks also check youre turbo and boost sensor

    If you have 500k on the turbo, it's probably overdue for replacement.
