Does anyone know what Pam is hiring for in Louisville, Ky. If dedicated, who and where?
Thanks
My honest, no BS, opinion of P.A.M.

I felt that my trainer gave me a pretty good start.
Today I made a time zone error and woke up at 3:30. My truck started but would not shift (ultrashift tranny). Then it would not turn over again.
After getting road rescue and dispatch involved, at about 7:45 it started and acted normal. So some 5 hours late I made the first drop and if similar problem does not re-occur I'll make the final del on time. -
philjo Thanks this.

Thanks for the info djtrype! Ive been wondering and havent found the answer yet, does Pam run any routes near Louisville where a fella could get some good hometime? All that Ive read so far is that one has to work 7 to earn 1 off. Thanks

You've read correctly about home time. 1 week on to get one day off, with 5 days off being maximum. Anything beyond that and they may have you let another driver come and get the truck. I usually take my two weeks off for Christmas, so that's never happened to me. -
Thanks man, that exactly what I didnt want to hear...LOL

Last time home I was there a week (had been out 13 weeks).
No guff about the truck. -
Starting the school on the 20th in Ark. for PAM, after reading these comments I feel like I made the right choice.

Glad to hear there are some positives to driving for PAM. This has been the company that I've wanted to try my hand with from the get-go but I became frustrated after hearing all the negative stuff about PAM. All I'm wanting is a chance to start a career in a new industry & hoping for the best while expecting the worst...
