The drip was falling into a rock guard that was full of dirt and nothing was even hitting the ground. Yup, they timed it.&nbsp; And they wrote me up for a haz mat violation.&nbsp; They took pictures, drew diagrams, the whole nine yards. I took up the packing nut about a quarter turn and the leak stopped but they held me an additional hour to make sure.</p><p>We went to court on it.&nbsp; The judge looked at the pictures, the diagrams, and listened to our side of the story.&nbsp; His actual words were &quot;This is ridiculous&quot;, gave the citing officer a little lecture about wasting the court&#039;s time and threw the case out of court.</p><p>From then on, for about a year, we got stopped and very carefully inspected <i>every single time we went through </i>Truckee<i> .</i></p><p>Like I said, no sense of humor.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
