Hello. I started with my carrier about a month ago. They run dry van and reefer. Out of las Vegas. Just thought I'd be one of the few or only drivers to do a thread. I don't recruit. I just describe my experiences. Like I said so far been about a month. I'm running reefer. By choice. You can choose dry or reefer. So far my experiences have been good. 2500-3000 a week mileage. I'm sure there will be questions going forward. But after one month I like it here a lot.

Hey, glad to see you’re still around. Can you add more details about them?

what made you choose to go on the reefer side? How’s their orientation? Are the trucks in good shape? Governed speed? Camera type? Running lanes? Is it like Holland with decent average length of haul?

I have thought about them in the past, but I have always chosen to go with different carriers. This time around, I am valuing having a yard being local to me, then being based out of another state. At my last company who I loved working for, I remember I spent days waiting for maintenance or loads that I could’ve spent at home. I guess as time goes and we grow up our priority starts to change.

I have never been very fond of the companies based out of Las Vegas. However, MC seems to be the most decent out of the bunch. I hope you post more detailed experience soon. I might be putting in an application with him in the coming days. I’m ready to go back on the road lol

Trucks are good. Kenworth or freightliner. Reefer pays more. I've been here a month. Haven't waited much on anything. The occasional shipper or receiver that takes 5-6 hours to load. That's about it. As far as miles. I've not been under 2500 once. In a month.

By the way they give you the choice on truck if they have both. Orientation is one day. You can leave the same day if you want.

I know they don’t have Volvos and they’re not based out of Chicago, but they always gave me that white Volvo mafia Eastern European / Russian vibe for some reason .

Do you go all over the country ? /Northeast// NYC?
