Been using a Blueparrott for just over a year. It finally died on me and customer support wants me to go buy another parrott and then send in my receipt and old one for a rebate... Sounds like a headache... I'm thinking about switching it up.
Anybody have any suggestions? I didn't want to just go buy one, cuz I've talked to so many guys that thought they were getting a good one, but ended up hating it.
I'm looking for :
Long Battery
Comfortable Headband
Media support (I listen to podcasts)
and of course... noise cancelling
Thanks for the feedback!
My Parrott died! What now??

You can replace the batteries in them, even though they will tell you you can't. Ours cost us $11 on ebay, and the headset was back up and running fine after an initial charge.

Have you pushed reset button under ear pad? Mine crapped out and I did this and it came right back to life. Small hole hard to find. Was told I needed new battery and other BS. Someone on Google suggested this and it worked for me. Good luck.

This was a good thread to stumble across when approaching my parrot's 1st bday!

Well, shoot... I didn't check back in. Walked in to TA and got sold the Blue Tiger Elite at the Verizon store. I'll try resetting my Parrott, but I gotta say, this Elite looks like its gonna be pretty nice. Way better headband than my parrott and supposed to have more battery. Might just be exactly what I was looking for anyway.
Thank you for the input!bullhaulerswife Thanks this. -
