Just a guess, but 13 to 14 ish would be average for 7 days out. I haven't done more than 5 days on out and backs yet, and made almost a grand on that. 160 a day sitting on a reset is minimum OTR for my terminal. Hauling gets you more.
Edit: Of those 5 days, two were pre loading local work making 160 a day. I might be low, but until I'm an actual system driver, I can only extrapolate from my minimal experience and understanding of the pay.
Maybe a more experienced driver will chime in?

This thread has some recent pay info in it. I like to calculate pay per day since it allows better company comparisons. I run out and back so a system guy would probably make more than me since half of my miles are empty.
2015 YTD running systemMortarmaggot and Smut Thank this. -
I’m familiar with the pay. But I would like to apply it and get some actual numbers or how many miles do you guys average a week. For local and otr sideSmut Thanks this.

I do 548 loaded on Monday.
I'll see if I can figure out how post a pay stub. -
The 3 day run ahead is going to be a nice little jaunt for me. I run loaded for 548, unload, run empty a short ways, load for another maybe 300 to 400, then unload and run empty 200 on my way home.

Local guys are paid hourly.

556 loaded miles today. Spending the night 1.8 miles from my delivery.
Tomorrow is offload, beat feet to our Atlanta terminal to drop the tank at their tank wash, and then grab a preloaded tank headed toward Carolina.
Keeping my fingets crossed that it all goes smoothly and I make it back Wednesday night. My wife works on Thursday, so I'm on turkey and vittle duty.
Stay safe out there truckers.Smut Thanks this. -
Looks like we'll be moving Thanksgiving to Friday. Made good time and got to ATL with over 8 hrs of drive time remaining.
No tank ready. I pick up tomorrow at 10 AM and then run to Greensboro. I did move up to within 12 miles of the pickup on the morning. Running as hard as I can will be all I can do tomorrow, bit with a pickup and delivery on there, I doubt I can cover nearly 600
The good news is that I'm getting paid hourly layover for 7 or so hours. -
I thought I was off through the holliday but got a call this morning. Doing a short load tomorrow. Live load in Charlotte at 7 AM and drop it into Brown Summit same day. It’s about 180 miles round trip. At least we get to weight it ourselves on the delivery end and just leave paperwork on the desk.
Mortarmaggot Thanks this. -
Made it home but due to my wife working today, we officially moved our Thanksgiving to Friday.
In other news, this week's check for last week's work is looking good. It wasn't a hard 5 days and I grossed over a grand. I can see how system guys are making around 1500 a week now. Looking forward to running the system once in a while.Smut Thanks this.
