Does anyone know if truck stops and rest areas that provides heating and cooling through the driver's side window still exist?

Florida was the only place I remember seeing those. Dont think they went over too well.

If your truck has no heat, as your opener stated, have you turned on the heater core valve under your hood? It should be located on the passenger side, it will either be a spigot type knob like you would see on a water faucet or a valve handle. Turn that and you should get heat.

Doesn't the pa turnpike have some that still work?

The Pilot in West Memphis is the only ace I can of off the top of my head but seem to remember it was really expensive.
But as @Justrucking2 said, check the valves. If they are open I would have only 2 words for dispatch... Shop, Now, Please.
Okay, 3 words.Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
First off where are YOU? It's in the negative digits up north right now. Meaning it's hard as hell to keep a truck warm even at high idle. More so in non egr trucks. But other issues could be involved. I suggest not turning engine off when cold at 0 or less.
