My truck was governed at 98mph to keep me out of trouble

    but why would the speed limiter be set for 2500 rpm on a c15
    I wonder if it has something to do with fuel rate or something similar.???

    Only been driving a month. 1st truck they gave me for hauling milk was a 680 Kenworth governed at 68.

    2 weeks ago I asked that they do something about the front end on it as it felt like it was going to fall apart.

    Big boss was there and gave me a 4900sb Western Star Glider with a Detroit.
    Anyways I take it out for a test drive out on the highway and I am climbing in 10 th and not paying attention to my speed as I am checking out the rest of the truck.
    Look at the Speedo and I am well over 80 .
    They gave me the rope to hang myself with, just gotta stay away from the trees.
