Mystery white/grey smoke-2008 international MA035

2008 international MA035 DT466,
This truck has been to multiple shops, and has had the mysterious white/grey smoke issue.
It has had the following work done,
Cylinder head repair, Head gasket and related gaskets/seals, New injectors and seals, New EGR valve and EGR cooler, Pistons and rings.
The truck continues to blow smoke intermittently. Sometimes at idle, mostly when in use/ under load. Anyone have any suggestions?
Maybe a point in the right direction?
