I only have three years experience and I dont know much about Napa transportation out of mechanicsburg,PA but they are offering .43cpm with weekly hometime (running southeast PA to FL) or my old company Total transportation is offering .44cpm home about every two weeks (otr). Napa has a couple of perks but I'm hearing they dont have the miles and suggestions or experiences?

I don't know; haven't read too much positive about Total.
Since I haven't worked for either, and if I was looking for a job, I'd probably take a gamble and go with NAPA.
Estes Express and Old Dominion might have some line haul positions open. Those are cushy drop & hook/terminal to terminal jobs.

Do you have endorsements? What about tankers? Trimac Transportation pays really well and if/when you qualify for the Elite Fleet can make well over $100K doing OTR.

A company advertising in-truck satellite TV would be a deal breaker for me. I don't go to work to sit and watch TV. Sounds like they plan on making drivers sit.
