I only have three years experience and I dont know much about Napa transportation out of mechanicsburg,PA but they are offering .43cpm with weekly hometime (running southeast PA to FL) or my old company Total transportation is offering .44cpm home about every two weeks (otr). Napa has a couple of perks but I'm hearing they dont have the miles and suggestions or experiences?

Since I haven't worked for either, and if I was looking for a job, I'd probably take a gamble and go with NAPA.
Estes Express and Old Dominion might have some line haul positions open. Those are cushy drop & hook/terminal to terminal jobs.Last edited: Mar 19, 2018

Do you have endorsements? What about tankers? Trimac Transportation pays really well and if/when you qualify for the Elite Fleet can make well over $100K doing OTR.

Napa Good, really good people. Trucks, they buy retired JB Hunt trucks.
-
Napa trucks are very slow.. Like, under 65. ...not sure if that's a deal breaker but would be for me

A company advertising in-truck satellite TV would be a deal breaker for me. I don't go to work to sit and watch TV. Sounds like they plan on making drivers sit.
Spiderfront Thanks this.
