Well, I'm not a nap expert. Who are our resident nap experts?

Ok...Ok The resident nap expert is my wife. She is the most productive person I know. When she was a driver, there was none better than her behind the wheel. She is clear of thought, honest as the day is long, right most of the time (I don't know how she does it) and needs about 2 short naps every day.

Ain't nothing wrong with a nap. It can do you some good if you're tired a quick snooze and then you are good to go.

i like to "catnap" while being loaded. I am not asleep, but in a resting state on my back. counting pallets LOL.
but if go all the way asleep, it makes me more tired when i wake up. LOL
