blood must be really thin if taking that much

 

I tried taking it and didn’t like the way it made me feel.

 

Then you must be on blood thinners, only way it’s going to affect you.

 

Nope, and I even waited two weeks after my last aspirin to start it. It just made me feel restless.

 

I use to take mine in the morning on an empty stomach, I take 5 capsules(10,000f u’s) along with my other supplements, never had an issue. But as I read more about my current medications, I read that certain ones shouldn’t be mixed in the batch, so now I take it in the evening alone. Still absolutely no issues.

 

just eat lots of garlic.
