I applied for a none trucking job. I would be driving a small 4 wheel normal little van. However if I get this job I will have to travel from Central Florida up into Georgia one week and over to Tampa and along the coast down to miami and the keys next week. It involves sales for a comapny that repairs electronics and picking up electronics to repair. I would probably stop at 5-9 locations in each city. I have never owned a navigation system but I am thinking of getting one that plugs into lighter and you cna take into motel room at night. Anyhow Tom Tom and Garmin make some for as low as $156 and some that can do a little more for 250. The lady at the store said the $156 ones can only hold 3 destinations at once. The one that could hold 10 were closer to $500. Does this matter? How long does it take to type in the next location? Would the 10 route one save that much more time? Can any of you recomend a cheaper to medium priced model?
