    Has anyone actually received funds from the lawsuit yet? I'm applying now for the prove-up option. Had to replace the EGR cooler and wanted to know what paperwork got approved. Any input is appreciated.

    I read in my application packet FAQ that this could be delayed if counter lawsuits are filed against the settlement. I’m not expecting a reimbursement until well after the filing deadline in May

    Yes. Offering reimbursements for improved replacement parts to EGR system for Maxxforce 11 and 13. Unfortunately all filing deadlines have passed.

    well their EGR system fails alot on my fleet trucks as well as all trucks really but international definitely seems to be weaker than the rest. Have had no such luck when working with dealerships on warranties for this very issue and they are kinda of rude. Now I understand why they are in the dog house on this one
