Another highlight of how the trucking industry is full of morons from top to bottom. Navistar just opened the door for endless lawsuits. They literally just told every ambulance chasing dirt bag that they will roll over, without even a whimper of resistance.

Insurance companies will start requiring it for liability purposes. Might even see some smaller fleets and independent O/Os go out of business when they can't replace their entire fleet or pay some astronomical insurance premiums.
