Need a rating system for shippers and recievers.

    I would like to see load boards include a rating for shippers and receivers. The ratings input by the drivers, sort of like the ebay feedback. Then, while negotiating the rate with brokers this would be another tool. I think it would help brokers also they could list that the load is with a high rated customer.
    Then maybe the customers that have a low rating would have to change their ways or pay more for services.

    You would not get accurate feedback due to significant negative bias as is typical for public review sites. Somebody complains they were kept at the receiver for 5 hours but neglect to mention they were a work-in because they arrived an hour late.

    That said, you'll likely be surprised at the number of driver reviews of most major shippers and receivers in Google [Maps app]
