If you have warrants do not do what you are describing. The vehicle can be pulled over at any time and anywhere not just weigh stations. If "bad driving record" is actually and ONLY a bad driving record only employers, insurance companies, and cops/DOT look at driving records.

Is it dock height or not?
You will be asked this question by every shipper and freight broker. If it's not dock height you will miss out on freight. Some customers may allow you a few minutes to handle every pallet and some may not allow you on property or only deal with you last. Lots of people without dock height trucks think they have a plan that's "just as good" as having a dock height truck.

Oh no warrants for me anymore thank God. No I just created a LLC purchased a MC# for the company my plan is to have my wife be a driver get her a DOT# and I oversee the loads and be a ride along passenger until a couple years go by and I can be a driver under my own DOT#. I shouldn’t run into any issues doing that no?

No they won’t care unless it is a military or government load which you won’t get, but you just asking, makes me think you need to rethink this idea. A box truck can require a cdl, it is a commercial operation and you may need an authority or at least a registration with the state for intrastate operation, so what do you think you are going to haul? What rates have you already established with customers and what source of work do you have aligned?

Wait, you need to step back and learn the terminology to talk like you know what you are talking about,

Some places I go to have signs. No riders beyond this point(guard shack) you’ll be waiting for her to come back out to pick you up.
Also if you’re not an employee you’ll need rider insurance and proof the ‘company’ allows riders, or scale master/dot can have you have a copy for proof.
