    Since he is not employed there they can not put anything on his record, like earlier said, move on goyo work for a decent company, say like IWX.

    How do they put a refusal on your record if your not employed there.A pre employment drug test is conditional for employment.A refusal is a random or post accident.

    Also, a negative dilute is required to be accepted for preemployment correct?
    I've only heard of a 2nd observed test being required if it shows dilute on a random or post accident test. I normally pee "clear" because I drink a lot of water, only time it's been an issue was during a random. I was actually told by to not consume liquids after 1200, as my restest was at 1700 and would be observed. Did the MRO contact you?
