Either lease on or save for your one insurance.

Assuming you got a peterBILT handed down from someone who was a truck driver in the family.
Lease onto a company for a while then reactivate authority

Older trucks are probably being phased out of the industry quietly.

If this 93 Pete all you have, then you have some work to do it to to bring it to factory new. That will take some restoration, some wrenching and non too difficult other work for it.

You did not state engine in it, you did not say if it has a APC on it and so on. Not enough pictures to make a judgement call. I think of a thousand things to look at on your rig.|

As far as the insurance etc, that's part of trucking. Im pretty sure you will have the freight and eventually the income to steady roll and without accidents your rates will drop a little bit. My insurance rates on one vehicle approached 3000 year and them laughing me out of there until I showed the money. I pay a couple hundred a year now. No problem.

How much driving experience do you have? I've heard a lot of horror stories about people who buy a truck thinking that can get a CDL, hop in the truck, and start driving. It is VERY hard to do this. I will not say impossible, because if I do, somebody will chime in and say they did it, but it's rare, and those sorts of stories usually come from decades ago when there were fewer regulations, and companies were less paranoid about legal crap.
