Need Attorney for Moving Violation in Virginia...Any Help Greatly Appreciated

Good Afternoon Drivers,

Last Friday, I received a moving violation for driving 80 in a 70 MPH speed limit zone in Virginia while driving my personal vehicle. I would like to have the citation dismissed or reduced to a "non-moving" violation, if possible. If anyone has had any luck on getting a moving violation dismissed or reduced to a non-moving violation in Virginia and/or know of a good attorney who may be able to assist with this, I'd greatly appreciated.
