Need clarification from USX drivers

I just started running solo and need a little clarification on some things.

When pickup time is before you get the PreAssign, does that mean that the load is ready for you anytime you get there? For example, I got the PreAssign at 6pm, pickup time was 5am that morning.

It was to pick up an empty and bring it to the terminal (where I was sitting and waiting) so I could take it to where I was getting a load at 8am the next morning. Because I was headed for home, and to give me all the time I needed to get home, my Dispatcher had me find an empty at the terminal so I wouldn't use up my time getting the empty.

What does the time 11:11 mean? I forgot what my trainer said.
