How is it working for Con-Way now that it has bought out CFI. We team drive and have talked with a recruiter on joining the Con-Way team, but sort of nervous changing companies. The pay sounds good, but do they give teams good miles (5500 p/week or so)? How do the office personel interact with the drivers (I like to be treated as a team member and not some stupid truck driver without a brain)? How does the maintenance group work (do they put you off for 3-4 days, or try to get you on in)? I am sure I will think of other questions about the time I post this. Please give me any information you can. Thanks for any help.
