Need help identifying a part DD15

    Just a couple of wrenches. One for the fuel line and one for the doser. You don't remove the coolant lines or the assembly.

    this was before the truck was purchased, and I want to keep this from happening again. Seems as though the coolant lines are not taken off for it’s cleaning and only injector was.

    anyway to clean the injector while it’s off?

    you dont need to remove entire block. you need to remove only injector

    You could clean it with diesel and a rag I suppose, but I've always just replaced them. And I don't mess with them at all until I get the code.
