NO!!! An AiC of 10 means your blood sugar is averaging almost 240. That is 100 points higher then it should be.Thankfully MEs are not testing A1Cs. However, you are playing with dynamite here. Even a 7 is marginally high. You keep up with these 10 AiCs and you are looking at many things that can and WILL go wrong. I don't know who the idiot is that is feeding you this garbage, but you had better get those AiCs down!! In my case, I was hovering around an 8 before my doc put me on shots.

In the end, it is your health, your business and your career you are playing with here. You have been given good sound advice. Hopefully, you will take it and have a great happy healthy life.

One more point about those 6 and 3 month cards. MEs give them to drivers so they can work through things.

Your WRONG! The FMCSA does not state that. The FMCSA wants control. An A1C much over 7.5 to 8 show NO control. As I said, it's your life and career. I'm out of it.
