Why she got searched, is a question for another day. You would have to file what is called a DataQ on your psp report for that particuliar violation. Do you have a copy of the inspection? Why do you have a "under the influence" on your PSP, if the officer cleared you?

Exactly I don't understand.I passed an inspecyion my light was off n he pulled me over he smelled weed.so she fessed up.thing is I didn't get no ticket so my psp report says oos for driver being under the influence which renders him incappable to operate..I don't have the report they gave me saying I was oos for the truck violations..

If you smelled it, you should have questioned it. It is your CDL at stake.

    i don't think you can.

but from what i recall, you have to contact the police agency that wrote you up. tell them your story.

    good luck.

Any way you can afford an attorney? Maybe even a $50.00 consult? I would.
