I too am interested in what it is. I know there have been some posts on this forum about it, however, they are really dated. Look forward to the report.

Depending if you are going for Flat bed or Dry Van.
If I remember correctly for the Flat bed division you're carrying, squatting and lifting up to 85 LBS.
Dry Van you're carrying, squatting and lifting up to 75 LBS.
You perform something like 10 repetitions of each.
There's a Push test as well. You have to be able to apply 100 LBS of pressure for this test.
I hope I remembered this correctly. You can always call your recruiter, they should be able to tell you.JasonCT Thanks this. -
Thanks that was a big help

I just completed the workwell about a month ago, you carry and lift up to 85 pounds depending on what divison your signing on with. and you must also be able to push and pull at least 100 lbs of force. hope this helps, if you have any other questions i would be more than happy to answer them. i will be heading out with a mentor on monday so if i dont answer im on the truck.

SNI has a similar program that is explained in depth on their website, so you can practice. You could look at that and get an idea of what you have to do. At SNI they measure your heart rate and B/P after every test. I don't know if they do that at Swift. Does anyone know?

Yes they do measure b/p and heart rate at there test as well

i just finished the academy at swift. no problem with the test, it was easy and a lot simpler then i thought.
