I need help. Its come the time where I need a new seat. Mine is really starting to suck and I'm over it. I want a seat that is plush and nice. I have sat in a few that are hard as Rocks. Is there some place (that isn't the truck show) that I can actually sit down in more than one or two at a time? I would rather not spend $2k on the minimizer seat....however.....if the consensus is, that is the best seat, then I will buy it. I don't want the wide seat either, I'm not wide. I also want a normal height seat, I don't want to sit on the ground....I'm not that cool. I want a plush, high back with arm rests and good suspension. I wouldn't mind a movable head rest or whatever. Next question is, cloth vs leather?
I've had both, but it is so long between seats....I honestly don't remember much between them. I've tried to Google this and get a few hits, but most are old and I know new stuff has come out since then. Thanks fellas.

I purchased this one years ago for my 770, it’s so good I put it in my new 860.
It has dual armrest and every adjustment that you can imagine, but the best thing that has very good lumbar support.
Paid $1100 for this one in Phoenix.
Don’t remember the make or model.
I went with the cloth because the leather just gives you swamp ###.

Have you gone to look at truck dealerships? If I can recall, I believe I got work done at an IdealLease truck center 3185 N Valley Pike, Harrisonburg, VA 22802 that had a bunch of different truck seats in their lobby. You can always try out the seats at the Iowa 80s and what have you and then order them cheaper elsewhere online.

Unfortunately I have been to a few dealers lately...lol. usually they have something like 1-3 in stock. I haven't been impressed with any of them, they have all been hard as a rock. Never thought about Iowa 80....they have a good selection? Thought about vanderhaags though. Might have to give them a call.

My uncle has the seats inc legacy silver. I'm not very big either and i could do 12-14 hours w/o my ### being sore. Has the screw type arm rests where you can get them set perfectly unlike the ratchet style ones

I just bought this. New 31H.73.211.CC11 Recaro Driver Seat Assembly | eBay
Have a leather version for two years already, excellent seat.

Not a fan of Legacy. It has cheap foam and after a year, it will start being funny if you are a heavier guy.

Seats in the latest Volvo Globetrotter are excellent, I think there was even a thread about it some time ago
