Here is the kicker, I&#039;ve been asking my overtime and other drivers laugh and say &quot;have you ever been asked to use a timecard?&quot; Not one driver nor the company has any record of our HOS (because the ONLY reason we would complete one is IF the vehicle has a safety issue.)</p><p><br /></p><p>I need some feedback from some &quot;real&quot; drivers who are proficient in the law.
